Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Data Engineer / Solution Architect with strong expertise in both technical and functional aspects of Banking and Finance. The ideal candidate will have a balanced background of 50% technical and 50% functional expertise, with proven ability to design and deliver scalable, high-performance data solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, architect, and implement high-performance data solutions for large-scale banking and finance systems.
• Optimize and maintain big data environments using Hadoop, Spark, Cloudera, Advanced SQL, and PySpark.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable data strategies and technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in distributed data processing systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align data engineering solutions with business objectives.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of enterprise data solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering best practices in data engineering.
