Role Overview

Reports to : CEO and Co-Founder

We are looking for a Technical Documentation Writer who can craft clear, accurate, and insightful technical content that helps customers, developers, and partners understand Akto's product deeply.

You'll own the entire documentation and product content lifecycle from API documentation and release notes to technical blogs and in-product help ensuring Akto's voice is clear, authoritative, and easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities

Product Documentation

• Write and maintain clear, detailed documentation for Akto's product features, APIs, and integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to explain complex workflows from API testing to MCP policy enforcement and runtime guardrails.
• Ensure docs include real payloads, screenshots, and configuration examples.
