Creative Lead (Copy)

Experience Required : 3-5 years of experience in advertising industry

Major Roles & Responsibilities :

• A strategic thinker, prolific writer, and at the very core of it all, a storyteller – someone with a unique lens to look at the world and its actions.
• Stay socio-politically informed and up to date with pop culture.
• An avid consumer of all kinds of copy and content.
• Manage a team of creative professionals with team management skills and accountability.
• Effectively plan creative solutions and aid in the campaign strategy.
• Collaborate with the Business Development department to develop and propose value-added, creative interactive strategies and presentations for pitches to convert clients.
• Research and monitor Digital & New Media industry trends and competitor offerings to improve current offerings.
• Through proactive ideation, build client rapport, and provide creative leadership.
