Reports to :
The People Generalist will report to the Country Head of Shared Services in Bangalore, India with a matrix reporting line to the Group Head of People in Singapore.
Job Overview / About the job role :
As People Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our entity of about 100 employees. You will be responsible for all People-related functions, including payroll management, general People operations, vendor management, People compliance, business partnering, with close collaboration with the People COE teams in Singapore.

Qualifications / Skills :
Tertiary Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity.
Prior experience working as HR manager in a shared service entity of MNCs or within the Financial Services industry will be a plus.
Strong knowledge of India local labor laws and regulations.
Proven experience with payroll processing and HRIS systems; prior experience in Workday HRIS system is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, work proactively and independently in a matrix reporting structure.
