Job descriptionDesign and implement effective onboarding programs. Plan and execute engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention. Implement performance appraisal systems and support managers in goal setting. Guide employees in career development and growth planning. Draft, review, and update HR policies in line with current labor laws. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs. Collaborate with department heads to enhance technical and soft skills. Foster a culture of transparent communication and trust. Address employee grievances and conflicts with professionalism and fairness. Oversee leave processes and ensure accurate record-keeping. Ensure policies align with company standards and labor law. Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculation and statutory deductions. Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Maintain accurate HR databases, attendance, and employee records. Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations. MBA in HR / Master’s in Human Resource Management 5-8 years of proven HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector Strong knowledge of HR functions, payroll, leave management, and labor laws Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Proficient in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred) Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic industrial environment.
