What this actually means :

We have built our own L1 blockchain, and a backend technical structure for protocols and ecosystem to make digital infrastructure efficient, secure and more accessible. Our global products and tools are natively built for web 3.0 world. You will work with teams working on tech products across blockchain, and distributed systems – for a real-world problem solving.

We're taking on established paths and conventional wisdom about how the Tech and Internet should work. Underlying principle is to solve the hard problem of protecting user rights, digital intellectual property rights and protection of assets in an age of AI and instant replication.

About the Role :

As a Social Media Marketing Lead, you’ll turn complex Web3 concepts into engaging content on Telegram, Linkedin, X.Com, etc. (+ for Discord) that grows community, drives brand awareness, and sparks conversation globally. You’ll be the voice of the brand across social platforms—crafting narratives, building communities, and translating product and brand updates into thumb-stopping content for the Web3-native and curious Web2 audience alike.

What will you get to do?

Strategic Channel Leadership :

Develop and execute social media strategies across Twitter / X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, and Discord to drive brand engagement and achieve monthly growth targets.

Brand Voice & Content Distribution :

Own platform-tailored content calendars (memes, videos, threads, explainers, and campaigns) with clear & measurable engagement goals. Craft a bold, consistent brand tone that resonates with web 3.0-native users and Web2 audiences.

Community Growth & Management :

implement response timestandards and community health metrics.

Data-Driven Optimization :

deliver bi-weekly analytics reports with actionable insights.

Crisis Management :

monitor brand mentions and sentiment to quickly address potential community concerns.

Profile Expectations :

6-8 years of experience in digital / social media marketing preferably in Web3 / blockchain or tech startups.

A knack for translating complex tech (blockchain, tokens, DeFi, DAOs, etc.) into simple, engaging content.

Proven experience managing multi-platform growth, with examples of viral or high-performing campaigns.

Strong copywriting skills and creative sensibility (bonus : ability to brief design / video teams).
