Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI / ML Architect to lead enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI initiatives, providing architectural vision and technical leadership across AI / ML, cloud, and data engineering domains. The ideal candidate is a self-driven leader, capable of bridging cutting-edge innovation with business value.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and Generative AI solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Provide architectural guidance, conduct technical reviews, and ensure best practices in AI / ML, MLOps, and cloud-native development.

Manage multiple projects end-to-end, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resources in alignment with business objectives.

Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, Gen AI, and cloud, introducing innovative solutions across the organization.

Mentor and lead teams of AI engineers, data scientists, cloud engineers, and developers.

Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Present solutions and updates effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualification & Certification

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

12+ years of technology experience with 5+ years in project / team management.

Proven expertise in AI / ML and Generative AI (LLMs, Transformers, NLP, Computer Vision).

Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP AI / ML cloud services.

Solid understanding of CI / CD, Dev Ops, and MLOps practices.

Strong background in data engineering, pipelines, and scalable system design.

Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-native tools.

Preferred Qualifications :

Certifications in Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) and / or AI / ML.

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).

Exposure to enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives.

Familiarity with Gen AI frameworks such as Lang Chain, Hugging Face, or Open AI APIs.

Soft Skills / Nice to Have :

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving approach.

Ability to work independently, with self-motivation and adaptability.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Customer-centric mindset with collaborative approach.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
