About the JobJob Title : AI / ML ArchitectSkills : AI / ML, Generative AI (LLMs, Transformers, NLP, Computer Vision), Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), CI / CD, DevOps, MLOps, Data EngineeringExperience Required : 12+ Years (with minimum 5 years in team / project management)Location : Indore / PuneNotice Period : Immediate to 30 days preferredJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced AI / ML Architect to lead enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI initiatives, providing architectural vision and technical leadership across AI / ML, cloud, and data engineering domains. The ideal candidate is a self-driven leader, capable of bridging cutting-edge innovation with business value.Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and Generative AI solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Provide architectural guidance, conduct technical reviews, and ensure best practices in AI / ML, MLOps, and cloud-native development.- Manage multiple projects end-to-end, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resources in alignment with business objectives.- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, GenAI, and cloud, introducing innovative solutions across the organization.- Mentor and lead teams of AI engineers, data scientists, cloud engineers, and developers.- Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.- Present solutions and updates effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Qualification & CertificationRequired Qualifications : - Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 12+ years of technology experience with 5+ years in project / team management.- Proven expertise in AI / ML and Generative AI (LLMs, Transformers, NLP, Computer Vision).- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP AI / ML cloud services.- Solid understanding of CI / CD, DevOps, and MLOps practices.- Strong background in data engineering, pipelines, and scalable system design.- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-native tools.Preferred Qualifications : - Certifications in Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) and / or AI / ML.- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).- Exposure to enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives.- Familiarity with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, or OpenAI APIs.Soft Skills / Nice to Have : - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.- Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving approach.- Ability to work independently, with self-motivation and adaptability.- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.- Customer-centric mindset with collaborative approach.- Fluent in English (written and spoken).About InfoBeansInfoBeans is a global digital transformation and product engineering company, enabling businesses to thrive through innovation, agility, and cutting-edge technology solutions.
