We are looking for a skilled Strategic Growth Professional to drive data-informed growth across our business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, experimentation, and strategy and loves turning complex data into clear business actions that move the needle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Owning growth analytics end-to-end : from data extraction and modeling to insight generation and presentation.
- Designing and analyzing A / B tests, funnel experiments, and growth initiatives across user acquisition, activation & retention.
- Building and maintaining dashboards and reporting for internal teams to track key growth KPIs (User segmentation, User PnL, CAC, CPIO, LTV, ROAS, churn, etc.).
- Partnering with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Data Engineering, Finance) to improve campaign measurement and attribution.
- Conducting deep-dive analyses on user behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle to identify levers for improving engagement and retention.
- Supporting forecasting and ROI modeling for growth investments.
Requirements :
1–4 years of experience in analytics, growth, or data strategy (ideally in a B2C or B2B tech company).A strong command of SQL & G-sheet automation are a must. Python / R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Mode) knowledge is good to have.A deep understanding of growth metrics, marketing attribution, and experimentation frameworks.The ability to communicate complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders through clear storytelling and actionable recommendations.A strong business acumen and comfort working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
