Job description
Strong understanding of Hire to Retire (H2R) processes, including HR processes, Employee Master Data, Payroll Processing, Payroll Accounting, and Key Business Metrics Reporting.
- Knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo, Salesforce, and other leading ERPs. Familiarity with reporting tools like Blackline, Hyperion, and process mining tools like Celonis is advantageous.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the H2R domain, driving CI, technology projects, and payroll transformation initiatives.
- Lead Payroll Transformation projects and collaborate with Global Process Owners to design solutions for respective functions.
- Drive H2R projects with a mix of technology on Intelligent Automation, ERP Implementation Optimization, Standardization, and Lean / Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
- Apply subject matter expertise to evaluate and re-engineer business operations and processes.
- Develop insights from data / reports to improve metrics / quality and support global KPIs / SLAs reporting.
- Utilize data visualization tools like Power BI to ensure the correctness and clarity of global metrics.
- Conduct diagnostic reviews, due diligence, and design thinking workshops to identify transformation roadmaps.
- Review process controls, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions (5 Whys analysis, CAPA).
- Manage global key metrics and drive standardization efforts across processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, influence decisions without authority, and present solutions to management effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to align cross-functional teams with organizational goals.
- Responsible for requirement gathering, development, and UAT for transformation projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of key transformation initiatives for H2R, aligned with project timelines.
- Bring process inconsistencies and improvement ideas to management with actionable solutions.
- Drive automation and innovation, leveraging tools for Intelligent Automation, Process Mining, and Visualization.
- Ensure the team is focused on quality investigations and continual improvement to enhance business outcomes.
- Experience in Intelligent Automation, process re-engineering, and ERP solutions.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
