What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across roles and departments
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal networks
• Screen profiles, conduct HR rounds, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain smooth communication with candidates and ensure a great hiring experience
• Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding coordination
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs
• Maintain hiring trackers, reports, and documentation
• Support HR with employee engagement, onboarding, and other initiatives when needed
