What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across roles and departments
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal networks
- Screen profiles, conduct HR rounds, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain smooth communication with candidates and ensure a great hiring experience
- Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs
- Maintain hiring trackers, reports, and documentation
- Support HR with employee engagement, onboarding, and other initiatives when needed
Who We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in D2C / startup environmentsStrong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skillsClear communication and great relationship-building abilities ️Comfortable handling multiple roles at onceOrganized and dependable, with strong follow-up skills ✅Basic understanding of HR functions beyond recruitmentDriven, proactive, and someone who takes ownershipWhy Join Us
