Job Description :
- Source potential candidates using , job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
- Coordinate technical assessments and interview processes with hiring teams.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of strong tech candidates (developers, DevOps, QA, cloud, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and market trends.
