About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced

Chartered Accountant (CA)

with strong leadership capability to head the

Accounts & Finance function

for a growing organization. The role reports to the Group CFO and CEO and involves full ownership of financial governance, compliance, audits, planning, and automation.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations

Ensure accurate financial reporting and monthly MIS

Drive Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

Manage audits (quarterly & annual) and financial controls

Oversee fund management, working capital, and cost optimization

Ensure compliance with GST, Direct / Indirect Taxes, LODR & UPSI

Implement automation initiatives (TDS automation, HRMS linkages, DMS–Tally integration)

Develop financial policies, risk mitigation, and internal controls (IFC)

Lead and mentor the Finance team; support cross-functional decision-making

Skills & Experience :

CA with

8+ years

of post-qualification experience

Strong in financial reporting, planning, audits, and compliance

Experience in process automation and system improvements

Excellent communication : Tamil / Hindi preferred

Strong business acumen and stakeholder management
