Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Data Catalog Lead to drive the implementation and ongoing development of an enterprise data catalog using Collibra, with a specific focus on healthcare payer environments. The role demands in-depth understanding of healthcare data privacy, regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA), and multi-system integration challenges typical of health plan operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Catalog Implementation & Development :

• Lead end-to-end implementation and administration of Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud.
• Customize Collibra workflows, data models, and governance frameworks to meet health plan-specific needs.
• Develop automated discovery and cataloging processes for claims, eligibility, provider, and member data.
• Design and deploy data lineage tracking across core admin systems, data warehouses, and analytics platforms.
