Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote hospital services, specialties, andwellness programs.Organize health camps, community outreach programs, and tie-ups with local businesses, schools, and corporates.Liaise with doctors and department heads to promote specialized clinics or eventsMaintain relationships with referring doctors, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare providers.Coordinate PR activities and media coverage for hospital events and milestones.Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvement areas for hospital visibility.Prepare weekly / monthly reports on marketing performance and present to management.Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a hospital, healthcare, or service industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
