Talent Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Talent Sourcing Specialist with strong LinkedIn sourcing capabilities and basic Boolean search proficiency. The ideal candidate has experience sourcing across the UK, US, or EU markets and is committed to maintaining high standards of data accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Proven experience with LinkedIn sourcing, both passive and active.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Sourcing Candidates / Technical Recruitment.
• Experience in professional services recruitment or sourcing, with a preference for IT sourcing.
• Familiarity with sourcing within the UK, US, or EU markets.
• Proficiency in adding and cleansing profiles on CRMS
• Basic knowledge of Boolean searching techniques.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
