Role Overview

The Corporate TA Intern will assist the HR & TA team in end-to-end recruitment activities across various corporate functions such as Marketing, Operations, Finance, Design, E-commerce, Retail, and Supply Chain. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hiring, people processes, and building strong candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hiring & Sourcing

  • Source relevant profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals
  • Screen resumes based on role requirements and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

2. Candidate Management

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Ensure smooth interview experience and follow-ups
  • Manage candidate pipeline on ATS / Excel sheets

    • 3. Recruitment Operations

  • Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social platforms
  • Assist in planning hiring campaigns and employer branding activities
  • Track hiring metrics and prepare weekly dashboards / reports

    • 4. HR Support

  • Support onboarding and documentation activities
  • Assist HR team in miscellaneous people operations tasks when required

    • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's / Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of hiring processes & job market trends
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a positive attitude to learning

    • Preferred Added Skills

  • Prior internship experience in HR / Recruitment (optional)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and job boards (Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, etc.)
  • Interest in fashion, retail, or D2C industry
