Description : About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Lead to join our team in Pune. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, and BIM (Building Information Modeling) who can manage multiple projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
As a Project Lead, you will play a key role in project planning, execution, and client communicationbridging technical expertise with leadership and strategic thinking. You will oversee resource management, mentor team members, and ensure all project activities adhere to company standards and industry best practices.
Key Management & Execution :
- Lead and manage multiple construction or BIM-related projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, technical specifications, and client expectations.
Team Leadership & Collaboration :
Supervise, guide, and mentor project teams to ensure high performance and professional development.Coordinate with architects, engineers, BIM specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.Foster collaboration across departments and maintain clear communication channels within the team.Client & Stakeholder Management :
Act as the primary point of contact for clientsunderstanding requirements, managing expectations, and providing regular updates.Conduct progress meetings, presentations, and reviews to communicate project status and key insights.Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and consistent delivery excellence.Technical Oversight :
Oversee BIM workflows and ensure projects follow standardized modeling and coordination procedures.Collaborate with technical teams on model development, clash detection, and project documentation.Leverage BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and related platforms to optimize project efficiency and accuracy.Quality, Compliance & Reporting :
Ensure adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and industry best practices.Track key project metricsbudget adherence, timelines, and quality benchmarksand prepare detailed reports for management review.Continuously improve processes, tools, and methodologies for enhanced project delivery.Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's / Master's Degree with Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management within the construction, AEC, or BIM domains.Strong understanding of BIM workflows, tools, and the complete project lifecycle.Proficiency with software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant project management tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.(ref : iimjobs.com)
