About the Role
We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer who can independently manage projects from the frontend to the backend . The ideal candidate will have excellent client communication , team management , and technical expertise across all layers of modern web development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution , including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Handle both frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB) development with equal proficiency.
- Communicate directly with international clients for requirement gathering, updates, and technical discussions.
- Provide technical leadership to team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure development best practices.
- Collaborate with designers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance .
- Integrate third-party APIs, manage server configurations, and ensure data security.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute innovative solutions to business challenges.
