The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and good knowledge of applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments.
Mandatory Skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment or HR workflows (internships acceptable).
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting concepts, interview stages, and candidate evaluation methods.
- Proficiency in using social media, CV databases, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Ability to research and proactively source candidates using online tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good documentation, organizational, and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
- Eagerness to learn about industry trends, sourcing strategies, and recruitment technology.
Desired Skills

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate expectations.Support the creation of job descriptions and interview questions aligned with role requirements.Source potential candidates through online channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks.Screen CVs, portfolios, and references to build shortlists of suitable candidates.Assist in implementing end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.Maintain accurate records of recruitment materials, interview notes, and process documentation.Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and branding activities to strengthen the talent pipeline.Contribute ideas to sourcing strategies, including employer branding initiatives.Help ensure diverse, qualified applicants are consistently added to the talent pipeline.Areas of Opportunity (Learning & Growth)
