As a Senior Test Engineer / Test Lead at Siemens Gamesa, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products through functional and automation testing. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams to analyze requirements, design test strategies, develop automation frameworks, and deliver high-quality releases that support Siemens Gamesa's digital transformation journey.

Your day will include reviewing software requirements for testability, designing and executing test cases, automating critical workflows, and driving continuous improvement in testing processes and frameworks.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Analyze, review, and understand software requirements for product testability.
• Design and develop comprehensive test documentation such as test cases, test plans, and test strategies.
• Execute system testing for multiple products across Windows and Linux platforms.
• Create and maintain Feature files (BDD) and implement step definitions / bindings to validate user scenarios.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain automation frameworks to optimize regression and system testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose and implement continuous improvements in testing and automation practices.
• Provide functional and technical leadership to testing teams, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.
