Role : HR Assistant Manager

Job Summary :

Kay Bee Bio-Organics Pvt. Ltd., a leader in sustainable agri-solutions, is seeking a passionate and experienced HR Assistant Manager to join our growing team in Pune. This pivotal role requires 6+ years of specialized HR experience with a primary focus on Non-IT Recruitment and strategic HR operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, driving talent acquisition, supporting employee lifecycle management, and contributing to building a high-performing workforce that supports the company's growth objectives.

Primary Responsibility & Core Functions :

Non-IT Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Expertise :

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all Non-IT roles across various functions, including Operations, R&D, Sales, Finance, and Administration.
  • Develop and implement effective, cost-efficient sourcing strategies tailored to the agri-solutions sector and corporate functions.
  • Drive robust screening, interviewing, and negotiation processes to ensure the timely fulfillment of critical vacancies.
  • Focus on building strong teams that align with the company's culture and drive sustained organizational growth.

HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management :

  • Support the strategic HR functions, including performance management system administration, employee engagement initiatives, and succession planning.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining compliance and a positive employee experience.
  • Oversee HR documentation, maintain accurate HRIS records, and ensure adherence to all labor laws and company policies.
  • Collaboration and Strategic Support :

  • Collaborate closely with department heads and senior leadership to understand immediate and future talent needs and workforce planning requirements.
  • Assist in developing and delivering HR training programs and employee development initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for complex employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolving issues impartially and effectively.
  • Required Skills & Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in Human Resources.

    Expertise : Mandatory expertise and strong hands-on experience in Non-IT Recruitment.

    Education : MBA in HR (Master of Business Administration in Human Resources) from a reputable institution.

    Behavioral : Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and strong belief in building strong teams that drive growth.
