Job descriptionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support effective change management and ensure high user adoption of IT tools. Monitor project KPIs and ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Stay updated with emerging digital trends and identify opportunities for innovation. Represent IT in strategic business discussions and Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added Minimum of 12 years of IT experience, preferably in business partnering roles supporting commercial functions. Proven experience in managing CRM systems and digital transformation projects. Prior experience in pharma or healthcare industry will be Strong leadership and team management skills. Deep knowledge of CRM platforms, LMS, and E-Detailing tools. Solid understanding of AI / ML / Generative AI technologies and their commercial application. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Proficiency in change management and project governance. Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.

Team Size : 3 to 5 Members
Experience : 12+ years (preferred)
Essential Serve as the primary liaison between IT and Commercial business teams.
- Lead and implement commercial excellence initiatives across sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
- Drive the adoption of digital technologies including AI / ML and Generative AI to enhance business performance.
- Manage end-to-end CRM strategy including system implementation, enhancement, governance, and performance tracking.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of key commercial platforms including LMS and E-Detailing tools.
- Ensure technology solutions align with business strategies and goals.
Additional Lead and mentor a team of 3 - 5 IT professionals.
