Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Student Counsellor, located in Kerala, ( kochi & calicut ) India. The Student Counsellor will assist students by providing guidance on academic and career choices. Responsibilities include conducting student consultations, assessing individual aspirations and goals, offering counseling sessions, and helping students select suitable educational programs and institutions abroad. Additionally, the role involves maintaining strong relationships with students and parents while providing top-notch customer service and support throughout the application and admission process.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Excellent Communication skills for effectively engaging with students and parents
• Customer Service skills to deliver a positive and supportive experience
• Knowledge of the education sector and academic guidance
• Min 01 Year experience
