A fast-evolving sports entertainment company building a new-age wrestling IP in India through live events, digital content, athlete storytelling, and fan-driven engagement. We’re expanding our commercial division and seeking a senior sponsorship leader to drive high-value brand alliances.
Role Overview :
We’re hiring a Seasoned Sponsorships & Partnerships Professional (10+ years experience) to lead brand collaborations, event sponsorships, and strategic alliances across digital and on-ground properties.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead partnership strategy, outreach, pitch, negotiation, and closing of brand sponsorships.
Build and maintain a strong network with marketing heads, brand alliance leaders, and agency partners.
Develop sponsorship decks, pitch positioning, and brand integration plans tailored to partner objectives.
Align with creative and production teams to deliver impact-driven brand activations and digital integrations.
Ensure partner servicing, performance reporting, and renewal conversations are executed with clarity and value delivery.
Requirements :
10+ years of experience in sports sponsorships, media partnerships, IP monetization, or entertainment brand alliances.
Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage long-term brand relationships.
Strong presentation, commercial strategy, and C-level negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of ROI-focused brand partnerships, digital IP marketing, and sports fan engagement.
Bonus If :
You’ve worked on major sports / leagues, OTT IPs, gaming / esports events, or youth-culture brand tie-ups.
