Experience :

8-10 years of experience in managing business verticals and operations.
Proven experience leading large teams in complex environments and industries.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

As the Vice President of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's operations strategy. This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing business verticals and leading large teams in complex industries. Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Direction : Establish, communicate, and implement the strategic direction of the organization's operations division.

Collaboration : Work closely with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals, providing expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems.

Interdepartmental Coordination : Collaborate with other divisions and departments to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.

Process Improvement : Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to enhance efficiency and resource utilization.

Policy and Standards : Establish and communicate operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective execution.

Financial Oversight : Review and approve cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects, and administer the department's budget.

Reporting : Present periodic performance reports and metrics to the CEO and leadership.

Industry Knowledge : Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in operations management.

Training : Identify training needs and ensure the development of appropriate training programs.

Other Duties : Perform other related duties as assigned.
