our Responsibilities :
- Work with a multi-disciplinary response team to gather real-time information on outages and our efforts to restore service.
- Craft and deliver communications to inform customers of impacts to service restoration efforts known workarounds and resolution.
- Track incidents communications sent and outlier situations to ensure shared visibility and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Build and send communications to customers on planned product maintenance and new product feature releases. Review communications for voice accuracy and tone.
About you :
You have 3-5 years of experience of in-house or agency communications journalism or customer support. Crisis or incident communications experience is a plus but not required.You are resourceful comfortable taking initiative and confident in gathering information from others.You have excellent English writing skills. You can write quickly in clear concise language and have a strong command of grammar and punctuation.You are calm under pressure and manage stressful situations with a cool head.Interview Details

Shift Timings Mon & Tue- 7 am to 4 pm IST and Wed Thu & Fri 11 am to 8 pm IST
