Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in generating new business opportunities through research, outreach, and lead qualification.
• Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Communicate effectively with potential customers via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
• Learn and understand B2B sales strategies, lead generation techniques, and sales closure mechanisms.
• Collaborate with internal teams including technical, pre-sales, and project management to assist in preparing and presenting tailored solutions.
• Participate in the proposal creation process and help respond to client queries.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, especially in IT services and eCommerce solutions.
