About the Role
We're looking for a commercially astute Financial Analyst - Pricing & Contract Management to join our Contracting and Commercial team.
In this role, you will manage the entire contract lifecycle - from post-deal finalization to contract drafting, negotiation, pricing management, renewals, and terminations. You'll work closely with consultants, legal teams, and leadership to ensure that every commercial and legal term aligns with organization's global contracting policies.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for ensuring compliance, managing risk, and driving commercial excellence across multiple engagements.
Key & Commercial Management
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle once deals are closed
- Draft, review, and negotiate client contracts and pricing terms
- Handle renewals, amendments, and contract terminations
- Liaise with legal teams to ensure commercial terms align with company policies
- Track pricing structures and revenue recognition in line with organization standards
- Support leadership with materials and analysis for pricing and commercial decisions
Business Partnering & Compliance
Work with internal teams to provide financial and commercial insights on key projectsMaintain and improve internal systems for pipeline and contract tracking (SAP-based)Ensure all contracts adhere to local and global compliance, tax, and regulatory standardsPartner with regional teams and leadership to manage internal control processesWhat We're Looking For
CA / MBA (Finance) with at least 2 years of experience in commercial finance, contract management, or pricing rolesStrong understanding of contract drafting, negotiation, and financial analysisExcellent Excel and financial system (SAP) knowledgeStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadershipSelf-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a global, fast-paced environmentYou'll gain hands-on exposure to global contracting and pricing frameworks while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver commercial excellence.
