Position : Academic Counsellor

Timing : 09 : 00 AM – 06 : 00 PM

Salary : ₹8,000 – ₹12,000

Job Description :

We are looking for an enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with students (leads), understanding their requirements, and guiding them towards suitable courses offered by our academy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
• Build rapport and trust with students to understand their goals.
• Explain course details, fees, and duration clearly.
• Follow up regularly to convert leads into admissions.
• Maintain proper records of daily inquiries and conversions.
• Support students throughout the admission process.
