Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, strong scripting and integration skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules (e.g., ITSM).
• Develop and maintain catalog items, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations .
• Implement Service Portal and user-friendly interfaces aligned with business needs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs, web services (REST / SOAP), and integration hub.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices , coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Maintain system stability through troubleshooting, upgrades, and patching .
• Support ServiceNow platform administration, including roles, ACLs, and performance optimization .
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and support guides.
