Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping Coordinator to join our logistics team within the PSE Integrated Supply Chain, as part of the Fulfilment Team. In this role, you will work side by side with the Sales Order Owner, ensuring the successful fulfilment of sales orders and contributing to the seamless execution of logistics operations. What you will do

As Shipping Coordinator, you will :

Daily Logistics Operations :

• . Ensure timely goods receipt from suppliers and delivery to customers.
• . Resolve issues related to warehouse, port, customs, and transportation.
• . Prepare and validate customs and freight documentation in SAP.
• . Maintain delivery schedules and communicate with stakeholders.
• . Monitor shipping dates and report exceptions.
• . Drive KPIs such as Inbound Delivery Accuracy, Order Fulfillment, and Perfect Delivery.
• . Support cost improvement initiatives across inbound, outbound, freight, and customs.
• . Synchronize ETDs and ETAs across the supply chain.
• . Ensure compliance with customs, VAT, and export control regulations.
