Flawsome - Founder's Office Role

Flawsome (XLeap Care Pvt. Ltd.) - the startup behind Flushable & 100% biodegradable sanitary pad. We are on a mission to make menstruation sustainable, dignified, and stigma-free and we are looking for a Founder's Office Associate to join our core team.

What You will Do :

• Work directly with the Founder on strategy, growth, and execution.
• Drive fundraising, investor relations, and high-impact presentations.
• Lead cross-functional projects across product, marketing, partnerships & operations.
• Build dashboards, insights, and performance trackers for data-led decisions.
• Support hiring, brand, and special projects that shape Flawsome's next phase.
