We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to lead our Human Resources and Administration functions. This role will be instrumental in shaping GB Solar's organizational culture and aligning people strategy with business growth.

• Drive company-wide HR strategy, policy, and compliance.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Build high-performance teams through structured L&D programs.
• Oversee payroll, statutory compliance, and administrative systems.
• Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and performance.
• 12 to 18 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• No bar for exceptional candidates.
• Experience in Solar / Renewable / Manufacturing industry preferred.
