The incumbent would lead Executive Compensation planning, governance, and execution. The role involves working closely with leadership to design, review, and implement executive pay structures, manage performance evaluation processes, and drive automation and benchmarking initiatives
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead & design global executive compensation review and governance.
- Partner with leadership to provide recommendations and approvals.
- Manage compensation benchmarking and external market studies.
- Oversee performance management framework and annual payout governance.
- Deliver data analytics, reporting, and automation projects.
Key Skills :
Min 5+ years of experience in designing compensation for the Executive carders, either with IT Services / Consulting organisationsEducational background in Mathematics, Statistics, or EngineeringStrong analytical and numerical ability.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools.Strong background in data analysis, performance measurement, and benchmarking.(ref : iimjobs.com)
