Job descriptionDiploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Tool Design. 5+ years of experience in tooling, dies, or punch design. Proficiency in CAD tools (Autodesk, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.). Strong communication and coordination skills. Team lead ability and go getter
Role Summary :
Lead the design and development of precision tools, dies, and punches. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver accurate, cost-effective, and manufacturable designs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design tooling components using CAD software.
- Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders for design approvals.
- Support production with design clarifications and improvements.
- Ensure timely delivery of design outputs and documentation.
