Job Description
- Provide executive-level support, including calendar management and travel arrangements, to senior leaders.
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring all facilities are managed effectively.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
- Manage office budgets, including procurement and expense tracking.
- Support HR processes like onboarding and maintaining employee records.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and service providers.
- Maintain a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Take ownership of ad hoc projects to support the business's operational needs.
The Successful Applicant
A successful EA and Office Manager should have :
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in executive support and office management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with financial services or investment / asset management industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
