AI and ML Manager - Corporate Technology

As an AI Manager, the candidate will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of GenAI solutions that power our next-gen analytics platforms.

• Lead and mentor a dynamic team of 3–5 AI engineers, fostering a collaborative, growth-first culture.
• Drive end-to-end architecture, from ideation and LLM fine-tuning to cloud-based deployment and monitoring of GenAI applications in financial analytics.
• Implement agentic AI design patterns, building on frameworks like Autogen, LangGraph, CrewAI – or develop bespoke agentic architectures from the ground up.
• Integrate advanced GenAI frameworks, leveraging recent advancements such as Model Context Protocols (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) frameworks for complex analytic workflows.
• Ensure seamless interfacing with a range of databases, including vector databases, NoSQL, and SQL, for robust data ingestion and retrieval.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product leaders, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver user-centric and enterprise-grade AI features.
• Champion best practices in pipeline automation, model evaluation, ethical AI usage, and continuous system improvement.
• Promote transparency through open-source contributions; GitHub or Kaggle visibility is highly valued.
