Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Lease and Sale Management
- Lease or sale of Yadgiri Industrial Land.
- Lease of Bidadi Facility.
- Lease of Bommasandra Facility.
- Compliance and Legal Coordination
- Coordinate with lawyers and local authorities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Business Development and Transaction Management
- Lead business development and client relationship activities.
- Oversee transaction management.
- Budgeting and planning.
- Conduct monthly lease premise site visits.
- Conduct safety audits every six months with the nominated lessee responsible.
- Facility Management
- Oversee repair and maintenance.
- Ensure security of the premises.
- Manage monthly billing (Rent, CAM, Power, and water)—both raising and collection.
- Client Engagement
- Ensure optimum client service delivery through :
- Calls, meetings, site visits, and presentations.
- Timely and accurate submission of proposals.
- Active follow-ups and overall governance during execution.
