Title : SAP Recruiter
Location : Hyderabad
Responsibilities of the Candidate :
- Source and attract qualified candidates for SAP positions through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- End-to-end IT and SAP recruitment
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for SAP roles.
- Leading end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring top SAP professionals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications and skills for SAP roles.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' fit for specific SAP positions and ensure alignment with company culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Facilitate the interview process, providing feedback to candidates and stakeholders as needed.
- Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates.
- Assist in negotiating job offers and closing candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with SAP professionals, consultants, and industry contacts to expand the talent network.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in SAP recruitment.
- Collaborate with HR team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience as a SAP Recruiter.Bachelor's Degree (or) an MBA with any Specialization.Familiarity with SAP modules, terminology is requiredProven ability to source, screen, and assess candidates effectively.Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
