Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Technical Recruiter with strong experience in hiring for SAP consulting roles, Microsoft Solutions roles, and GCC senior-level positions. This role will support rapid expansion across our SAP Wing and the newly established Microsoft Business Unit, covering technical, functional, cloud, and leadership hiring. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for multi-country hiring while building strong talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
Key Responsibilities
1. SAP & Microsoft Talent Sourcing
- Source and evaluate candidates for :
- SAP (SD, MM, FICO, PP, ABAP, BASIS, BTP, SuccessFactors, etc.)
- Microsoft (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, M365, Business Apps, Technical Architects)
- Build strong pipelines for consultants, developers, architects & project managers.
- Attract passive candidates from India, Egypt and UAE talent markets .
2. End-to-End Recruitment Management
Own full-cycle recruitment : JD creation, sourcing, assessment, coordination, and offer rollout.Align hiring with project schedules for both SAP & Microsoft teams.Handle senior roles in GCC.3. Multi-Country Stakeholder Collaboration
Coordinate with HODs in UAE, KSA, Egypt, and India.Provide real-time hiring updates, market insights, and compensation benchmarks.Work closely with HR on manpower planning and forecasting.4. Candidate Experience & Branding
Represent the organization as a high-quality employer in the SAP and Microsoft domain.Ensure timely communication and a structured interview experience.5. Recruitment Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate dashboards, trackers, and monthly hiring data.Ensure SOP compliance, documentation discipline, and process control.Required Skills
Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT recruitment (SAP domain preferred).Exposure to Microsoft tech hiring (D365, Azure, PowerApps, etc.) preferred or at least willingness to learn quickly.Strong track record hiring mid to senior-level candidates.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, job portals, , tech communities.Ability to operate independently in a remote environment.Highly organized, research-oriented, and proactive.Comfortable handling multiple roles simultaneously (SAP + Microsoft).Confident in speaking with leadership roles & senior candidates.
