Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Architect to lead the development of our Large Language Model (LLM). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a strong focus on natural language processing and large language models.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the architecture of our LLM, from pre-training to supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning from human feedback. They will also define the technical strategy and create a roadmap for the project, aligning it with organizational goals.

The selected candidate will make high-level decisions on technology stack, frameworks, and tools to be used in the development and deployment of the use case, platforms, and solutions. They will oversee the integration of various AI components, including data pipelines, model training environments, and deployment infrastructure.

The chosen individual will identify potential technical risks in the project and develop strategies to mitigate them. They will work closely with data scientists, engineers, domain experts, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive development and implementation.

The role requires excellent analytical skills to address complex technical challenges and devise innovative solutions. Strong leadership abilities to guide technical teams and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders are also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive experience in AI / ML concepts, particularly in NLP and LLMs.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, including scalability, modularity, and security.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and distributed computing environments.
• Familiarity with data management practices, big data technologies, and data pipeline design.
• Understanding of MLOps practices for continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring of machine learning models.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
