About the job :

We are seeking a skilled SmartCOMM Developer to design, develop, and implement customer communication and form solutions. You will work closely with product managers, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality SmartCOMM templates, data models, and integrations—primarily supporting Personal Lines and Claims use cases in the insurance domain.

Responsibilities :

• Participate in requirement calls to gather functional and technical requirements.
• Provide effort estimates and development plans for assigned tasks.
• Design and implement SmartCOMM templates, data models, and communication artefacts.
• Perform code / configuration changes and implement communication customizations.
• Execute unit testing and Pre-Prod (Sandbox) validations; support QA testing cycles.
• Triage and resolve defects raised by QA for Personal Lines forms and General Claims.
• Integrate SmartCOMM outputs with Guidewire Policy / Billing and other backend systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications.
• Prepare technical documentation and handover notes for deployments.
