Sales and Marketing Strategy Apprentice

Job descriptionAssist in creating sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to clients, institutions, and partners. Support lead generation activities through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking. Work with leadership to refine pricing models, go-to-market plans, and partner strategies. Assist in evaluating new business models suitable for global markets. Liaise with potential partners, schools, training institutions, and educational consultants abroad. Maintain CRM records and track engagement progress. Monitor KPIs, prepare weekly progress reports, and present findings to the leadership team. Recent graduates or postgraduates in Business, Economics, Marketing, or International Relations. Candidates with strong communication skills and interest in business expansion. Self-starters comfortable with ambiguity and eager to contribute to a young, high-growth organization. Excellent spoken and written English (knowledge of a foreign language is a plus). Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data. Comfort with Canva, Social Media channels, MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage. Networking skills and ability to build rapport across cultures. High adaptability and willingness to learn fast. Direct mentorship from the founding team. First-hand experience in sales and market entry strategy. Exposure to multiple aspects of business : sales, strategy, marketing, and operations. Opportunity to transition to a permanent role in a high-impact organisation.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Strategy Apprentice who shall work closely with our leadership team to design, test, and execute our new market entry strategies, both nationally and internationally. This is a hands-on role that blends sales, market research, and business strategy. You will play a key part in identifying target geographies, building relationships, and crafting solutions that resonate globally.
