About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via email, chat, or phone.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining systems and applications.
- Escalate complex problems to senior support engineers or the development team.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree / diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows / Linux / Mac), networking, and common software applications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively.Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Familiarity with helpdesk / ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, JIRA).Knowledge of databases and basic SQL queries.Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Benefits
