Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end U.S. recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers and clients.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS systems.
Initiate and track background checks through HireRight, Sterling, or client-specific BGC platforms.
Conduct reference checks, verify work authorization, and ensure all hiring documentation complies with U.S. employment standards.
Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding logistics for selected candidates.
Onboarding & Compliance
Manage onboarding documentation including I-9, W-4, COI (Certificate of Insurance), E-Verify, and work authorization forms.
Ensure all pre-employment and compliance checklists are completed accurately and on time.
Coordinate with IT, payroll, and operations to ensure new hires have required access and equipment.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company and client policies.
Audit & Documentation
Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure HR files meet all compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate and secure employee documentation for audits and reporting.
Support external compliance reviews and ensure timely reverification of employment eligibility.
MSA & PO Management
Review and track Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and coordinate with legal and finance for approvals.
Initiate and issue Purchase Orders (POs), verifying details and aligning with contractual terms.
Maintain records of executed MSAs and POs for financial and compliance audits.
Reporting & Process Improvement
Generate reports on recruitment, onboarding, and compliance metrics.
Recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance standards.
Stay current on U.S. HR laws, documentation requirements, and background check regulations.
