Our client, a leading global FMCG company, is looking for Sales HRBP consultant.
Key Responsibilities :
1-Own end-to-end capability development for the branch field force and sales teams.
2-Design and implement central capability plans, workshops, training interventions, and learning journeys.
3-Assess skill gaps, track capability metrics, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
4-Manage logistical operations, including venue arrangements and participant coordination.
5-Ensure adherence to statutory compliance including PF, EPS, and retiree case management.
6-Raise monthly compliance and licencing related tasks on system and payments pertaining to PT etc
7-Drive R&R programs for Field Force and Outercore teams, ensuring alignment with performance and values.
8-Support and execute engagement activities tailored to the sales workforce, including contests, townhalls, and recognition events.
9-Manage HR vendor relationships and ensure timely processing of Purchase Orders via SAP or other platforms.
10-Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
11-Analyse HR data to generate insights on attrition, productivity, engagement, and capability.
12 - Present dashboards and reports to Sales and HR leadership for informed decision-making.
