1. Responsible for recruiting local talents to meet business needs;

2. Responsible for local training and development, employee capability enhancement, organizational atmosphere building, cross-cultural integration, and other related tasks;

3. Responsible for local performance management, assessment and evaluation, incentive rewards and punishments;

4. Responsible for handling local employee onboarding and offboarding, salary issuance, visa processing, employee relations, and other related matters;

5. Other tasks arranged by company leaders.
