Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Manager, located in Vadodara. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing the sales team, building and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. The role includes overseeing promotional activities, conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Manager will also collaborate with other departments to align sales and marketing goals with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management and Customer Relationship Management
• Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Market Research
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to meet customer needs
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the polymer industry is a plus
