Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in building strong client relationships. This role is ideal for someone proactive, target-driven, and passionate about IT services and technology solutions.Role & responsibilities
Research target industries and decision-makers using LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Apollo, etc.Build prospect lists and assist in cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.Make cold calls to introduce services and schedule meetings.Support the Business Development Lead in nurturing client relationships.Maintain lead data in CRM and prepare daily / weekly reports.Preferred candidate profile
3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or cold calling.Strong written and verbal communication skills (English must be good)Familiar with LinkedIn, email tools, and basic CRM usage.Quick learner, proactive, and comfortable with target-driven workIT services or B2B sales exposure preferred but not mandatory.
